[evergreen-outreach] Another Calendar Note for Outreach

Thanks, Olivia!  This sounds great.

All IG Leaders should have access now. It's probably fine just leaving the
direction to contact the Outreach Committee with any questions and removing
the statement specifically for the IG.  With that one change, I would say
-- send it!

As a side note for the Outreach Committee -- there is a Calendar Admin
Google group email address (cal-admins at evergreen-ils.org) and current
members are Galen Charlton and Jason Boyer. In an early August note, Galen
requested that at least one non-Equinox person from Outreach volunteer as
an admin. Any volunteers?
