[evergreen-outreach] First draft of program description for ALA

Hi all,

I received confirmation that our ALA program will be happening from 2:30 to
3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at the Marriott Marquis in the Miramar Room. I
will send out an email next week to the organizers so that we can begin
nailing down the content.
