[evergreen-outreach] meeting this wednesday

This is a reminder that we are meeting this Wednesday the 7th at 4pm
Eastern.

There are a few things already on the agenda but feel free to add more. We
have a lot to talk about so it is not impossible that some side meetings
may be scheduled after the monthly meeting.

A few things of importance - I feel we really need to step up our social
media presence. Kathryne - I know we discussed reviewing what social media
platforms would be the most valuable for us to use. I'm hoping we can have
that conversation this week since we need that to move forward.

We also need to improve our following up on tasks so I hope to speak about
some project management tools we may be able to apply and bring your
thinking caps for that.
