[evergreen-outreach] web site survey

Rogan,

I agree with everything that's been shared, including this being a good
survey as is.  Here's just a couple thoughts I had:
* someone "new" to Evergreen might not know what "the wiki" is.  In terms
of deciding either/or for content, it might make more sense for a new
visitor to only be asked if something should be included on the website.
It can be decided internally about whether that also means moving/removing
something from the wiki.
* an additional comments area might be appropriate for "things we didn't
think about."
