If you could deliver a summary, that would be great!  I should be on IRC this afternoon, so if you need help thinking of what to say, let me know.  Otherwise, my initial plea contained some ideas for the report.

Have you found someone to help with the meeting?  I kept hoping I could arrange things so I could be at the meeting, but it is not working out this time.  To be honest, the 2pm is a difficult time for me every month, but I usually can arrange it.  Not this time, though.
