Team Owner track
Consortium planning - benefits, costs, staff workflow, joint projects
Teaching IT staff to do Tier 1 support

Driver track
Cataloging - batch loading, shortcuts, creating templates, training
Holds - weighting, consortial settings, multiple branches
Reports - annual/monthly stats, etc.
Circulation - searching, transiting, workflows, etc.
