[Evergreen-reports] Order of filters in report templates

Hi,

When creating report templates, I sometimes find that the order of the 
filters does not make sense, but I have not figured out how to change 
this.  Is there any way to control the order of filters when creating a 
template?  If not, can anyone tell me how the order is determined?  It 
does not seem to be related to the order in which the filters are added.
