[Evergreen-reports] Reports Task Force Scheduling Poll

Hey Cristina,
The reason for the 2:30 slot is to accommodate/encourage participation from our West Coast users. I agree, mornings can be a bit easier to manage, but an 11:30am Eastern meeting would be 8:30 Pacific (I think...please correct me if I am missing or adding a time zone somewhere).
2:30 Eastern tends to get us finished by 3:30 or 4:00 for Easterners, while giving West Coast people a chance to get logged in for the day. The other consideration is my schedule - hence the Wednesday-centric options. If there are other suggestions for times, please share on the list or in the "comments" section of the poll. I can always edit the poll to allow more options. In the interest of getting something sent out, I just picked the most obvious "candidates" from my calendar.
Thanks for trying to make the afternoon work for you - scheduling Evergreen meetings has become more difficult with the growth of the system. But I definitely wouldn't wish away the growth!
Looking forward to chatting with you soon,
Jenny

Hi, Jenny,
Thanks for setting up the poll. I look forward to our next meeting; I am eager to hear all the ideas that came out of the conference.
I thought it might be worth asking why you have only the 2:30 time slot? Are mornings not a possibility? I can make 2:30 work, but the afternoon tends to be a busy time at the library here.
Curiously,
Cristina

The Evergreen Reports Task Force will NOT meet today, as our past schedule would suggest. Instead, all interested parties are invited to fill out a brief Doodle poll to help in planning a recurring meeting time for the group: http://www.doodle.com/4uh63s86zpz8bssn. Newbies are welcome! We meet monthly on IRC (#evergreen). No need to be an "expert" in Evergreen reports - I'm not! - we love to hear about ideas, tips, tools at all levels.
Watch for minutes from the interest group meeting to be posted in the near future - and sign up for our mailing list: http://list.evergreen-ils.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/evergreen-reports.
I look forward to chatting with you all soon!
Jenny
