[Evergreen-reports] Report help

I support several libraries in Virginia running Evergreen. They are a shared system and since Feb, I have been unable to select a date range or library when running reports in 2.2. We recently upgraded to 2.3.4  but those fields are still missing. Do you know how I can get these fields back so that date range and library can be selected?
