[Evergreen-reports] Dewey Tens Call Number Report with Null Values

Hi Elisabeth,

Pivot columns change the output so that the one of the display fields is
listed across the top of the report - it doesn't change the data itself.
You may have seen 0s in a report that you ran because there were some
columns and rows that had no intersecting data.  This report only has
column to pivot on, so unfortunately, that doesn't work for this particular
report.
