[Evergreen-reports] Report on User Defaults Setting

Answering way after the fact, so hopefully still useful.  I believe the
"pipe" (|) symbol is a remnant of the "JSPAC" (the original OPAC) and the
way it stored user settings.  As far as I know, there's no difference in
the way these end up getting processed so it probably doesn't matter.
