[Evergreen-reports] Cancelled Holds Report Template

HI Rogan,
I wasn't quite sure how to articulate what I want but, yes, I think what I
want is to compare two values: one from the action.hold_request table and
one from the asset.copy. I want to include on my report only cases where
those two values match. Impossible?
