[Evergreen-reports] Holds with no possible copies available

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone might have a report template they could share
that they use for when a hold is placed on a title with only one item, then
that item is lost/damaged and so the hold just hangs out there forever? So
basically, looking for holds with no possible targets.
