[Evergreen-reports] Email Checkout Receipt Report

Hi Conor,

The source you are looking for is called User Setting.  It basically has
four fields:

Name
Setting ID
User
Value

The name you want is 'circ.send_email_checkout_receipts' and the value you
want is 'true'.  Then use the user field to connect to the patrons source
and filter for just your users.

That isn't a ready to go template but it should at least get you
kickstarted so I hope it helps.
