[Evergreen-reports] Empty bibliographic records report

Hi Chris,
I think I would start with the Bibliographic Records source and link to the
Call Numbers source and, from there, to the Owning Library to get the org
units.
In addition to the Org Unit and (bibliographic record?) date filters I
would include these filters:
Source Field Value
Bibliographic Records Is deleted? FALSE
Call Numbers ID is Null
I suspect you will want to use a Date transform for the date field.
I don't actually have a report template like this, but have attached
screenshots of how I would start off.
I only looked at this quickly, so I am not certain this will get you the
data you are looking for. It may be a starting place, though.
