You should be able to use Circulation Modifier for that information.  Do you have a template you using and editing or are you starting from scratch?  I can send you some screen shots if you need them.

Hi

I am trying to create a report that will give me a list of items in a particular Circ Library filtered by Shelving location etc. I also need to show whether the item is a book, DVD, cd, etc. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out what field to pick.

I am using the Item data source.

Is there anyone that can help please I only have access to the reporter?
