Hi Irene,

For a recurring report to run automatically on a monthly schedule, I do
this:

Filters:
Choose a Date Transform of "Year + Month" for whatever date field you are
using.
Change the Operator to be "Equals"

When you create the Report Definition, choose a "Relative Date" for the
date field and choose "1 month ago"
When you schedule the report, schedule it to run on the first day of the
month -- that way it looks backwards and collects data from the previous
month.

I hope that helps! Just let me know if you have any questions.

Best,
Jennifer
