[Evergreen-reports] XUL Templates

Hi Elizabeth,

It looks to me like anything that was created in XUL will have the
following in the data column in reporter.template (or the Template reporter
source): "version":4

Web client reports have "version":5

You could try doing a "contains matching substring" on the data field to
look for that text.

It's a good idea, and I may try building a template if I get a little time
later.
