Both suggestions were helpful in getting us there. I think there’s some extra customizations that are unique to our library that I still have to grok and sift through. But you helped confirm I was thinking along the right lines. And I did get it adjusted 😊

It will be easier to clone the report and set the new email recipient on the clone. The reports that are in the shared folders will not be able to be edited unless you are the person who made the report.

While you can view the output via the Shared Folders, I don’t think we can edit the report.  Do you have the login in credentials for that account?  You should be able to use the same workflow you are following in the video while logged in as the admin user.

Hey Evergreen Reports Listserv,

This seems like something I’d imagine is straightforward, but maybe not? (I’m still pretty new to Evergreen reports, fwiw)

We have a report that was created by “admin” in Evergreen. I’m just trying to replace the completion notification e-mail in the report template. When I edit and click “save report,” it says “Action Failed”.
