[Evergreen-reports] Hold Notices Check Boxes Report

Hello

I was curious if anyone has ever run a report on the User Settings for Hold Notices.  We have a library interested in knowing how many people use email vs phone vs SMS.  This seemed like the easiest way to count this, but I'm also open to any other suggestions.  [cid:image001.png at 01D92CD3.792B9040]
