[Evergreen-reports] Updated Reporter Documentation

Hello everyone,

I was watching the interest groups update from the conference and saw that the current reporter documentation (from 2.something) in the official docs came up during the interest group meeting.

New docs are in the works via DIG! I ran into git issues that have slowed things down but the plan is to de-Sitka our docs and commit them to the official docs (hopefully before the end of summer).  You can see our docs here: http://docs.libraries.coop/sitka/_reports.html They are based on 3.9.1 which is what we're currently running.  (The asciidoc code for the docs is publicly available : https://github.com/BCLibCoop/sitka-manual/tree/master/reports)

If anyone has the time/desire to help, the big things that need to be done with the asciidoc files are strip out references specific to Sitka and change the coding for the headings to what Antora needs.  We also need to create and replace screenshots (right now all the screenshots are for our training server) so they follow DIG's style guide (instead of Sitka's) - https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs:dig_style_guide#screenshots.
