[Evergreen-reports] Holdings Report

Hi Elizabeth,

If I understand correctly, I would use filters in Excel/Sheets for this. If
you wanted to see where A and B have holdings and C doesn't, filter A as
value 1, filter B as value 1, and filter C as blank.
