I would agree, filtering in Excel or Google sheets would be better able to give you the results you need.

Sorry, let me see if I explain this better.   I need a list of TCNs where library A and/or library B own a copy, but library C doesn’t.   Each library is the owning library in the record.  I can filter by owning library in the reporter, but I need instances where library C doesn’t also own a copy.  I need to find the unique TCNS that only library A and/or B own.  They are going to be looking at holds on these TCNs to see what areas of the collection where Library C could improve.

Here are some examples of instances where A or B own copies by not C.

I am not sure exactly if this is what you mean. You can filter by owning library if you just need from a certain library. Is the owning library on the record branch specific? You may try filtering by circulating library if not.

I’m looking to run a report to for a list of TCNs for a library system where 2 of the 3 libraries own copies, but the 3rd location doesn’t own a copy.  I’m looking for TCNs where libraries A and B are the only libraries that own copies.  I have list of TCNs and copy counts, but I’m having a hard time filtering out instances where all three libraries own copies or where library C and A or library C and B own copies.

Has anyone done this type of report or any ideas on how I can filter in either Excel/Sheets or using OpenRefine?
