<DIV>Thanks for the handout- it does a good job of explaining. However, I want to filter by Rec Stat. If it's not listed in the Evergreen reports, does that just mean it's not possible? </DIV>

<DIV>Perhaps, I should just tell you what I want to do, maybe there is a better way. We have some ebook titles that need to be deleted from the OPAC. Ebrary said you can overlay their records, which have a "d" in Rec Stat (#5 of the leader). Then you can search by that "d" and have a list of titles to delete. Is there any way other than searching individual title by individual title?</DIV>
