However, due to a small turn out at that meeting, it was decided that a poll should go out to the membership to determine if the change should be made official. The name change would bring us in line with other Evergreen groups.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraph style='text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'><![if !supportLists]><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>2)<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span><![endif]>What’s the best date for our next meeting?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The group has traditionally met during the third week of each month. However, it was decided during the summer that we would try meeting bimonthly on the following schedule: September, November, January, March, [April Conference], and May. That would put our next meeting (skipping the third week, since that’s the week of Thanksgiving) during the week of November 25<sup>th</sup>. The three date options for that week are: Monday, November 25<sup>th</sup>; Tuesday, November 26<sup>th</sup>; or Friday, November 30<sup>th</sup>.
