<div dir="ltr">Beth,<div><br></div><div>Well, it has been a while since one has been sent out. To be honest, I do not recall how I received the spreadsheet, but I have to assume it was distributed via our list-serv.</div><div>
<br></div><div>I see a good practice would be to update the spreadsheet whenever major changes occur in the shared reports folders, post the updated list to a reports documentation webpage, and then send email to list-serv notifying staff about the updated spreadsheet with link.</div>

I definitely agree that a type of numbering system could be useful. This<br>
would be so helpful for long lists of reports. Of course, the sorting<br>
enhancement is going to be lovely!<br>

I just wanted to add that I found it very helpful when PINES distributed<br>
a spreadsheet with all shared reports. The spreadsheet included the<br>
following columns:<br>

Folder<br>
Template Name<br>
Description<br>
Date Created<br>
User<br>
Main Folder<br>
SubFolder 1<br>
SubFolder 2<br>
<br>
This allowed me to quickly see all the types of reports available. Plus,<br>
I could easily do a keyword search in Excel to find the name of the<br>
exact report I needed, along with its creation date which allowed me to<br>
locate its relative position in the folder. (Wishlist item: I dream of a<br>
day when there is "find" feature in Evergreen.)<br>
