Although figuring out how to pull these numbers would be good for helping me to learn the Evergreen reporting features, before I start from scratch I wondered if others who fill out these annual surveys have already figured it out. If so, would you be willing to share the setup you use? </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">These are the ILS-related fields that were needed in last year's survey:</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><ul><li>Line 40: Physical Books (title count)</li><ul><li>Exclude serials, microforms, maps, nonprint materials, and uncatalogued items. Include music scores if searchable through the library catalog. Include gov docs searchable through the catalog.<br></li></ul><li>Line 40a:
Physical Books (volume count)</li><ul><li>Include duplicate copies, bound serial volumes, and music scores. Include gov docs volumes if searchable through the catalog. Exclude microfilms, maps, nonprint materials, and uncatalogued items.</li></ul><li>Line 42: Physical Media</li><ul><li>Include microforms, audiovisual materials, cartographic materials, graphic materials, and three-dimensional artifacts realia.</li></ul><li>Line 43a: Physical Serials</li><ul><li>Report the number of current and ceased physical serial titles that are accessible through the library's catalog.</li></ul><li>Line 60a: Total Physical Circulation</li><ul><li>Include: initial checkouts only (circulation, not renewals), transactions of books, media, and serials, e-reading devices if pre-loaded with e-books.
