I am not sure if anyone has responded to you yet. In the Missouri Evergreen<br>
system we have a set of reports in our Shared Folders that cover state<br>
statistical reports. I am not sure if you have  access to any<br>
shared reports where  you are. If not I would be glad to try to screen cap<br>
some of the set up for those we have so you could build your own.<br>
