[Evergreen-web-team] Add subdomain on evergreen-ils to point to prototype Drupal

Hi everyone,

I've added drupal.evergreen-ils.org as a Server Alias to the Drupal 
prototype on the Galecia server.  As soon as someone with access points 
that name to 184.106.119.149, we should be all set.
