[Evergreen-web-team] link to Conference page from Quick Links

Hi Lori,

I've actually got a git branch for the website prepared for that and
it's been sitting quietly for the past couple weeks. I had asked for
additional review in IRC on the change since it required alteration to
the way the left sidebar's component (though it seems that the left
sidebar change has gone completely un-noticed, so maybe my concerns were
too deep there).

The reason it's taking longer is actually a matter of styling the
conference link itself. Originally, it was indicated that we were to
replace the SFC logo with a link to the conference site. Tara Robertson
provided me a temporary image file in lieu of the official logo, which
is still pending, but this did not contain any actual mention of the
conference itself. Therefore, I had to come up with a nice way of
indicating the temporary logo was meant to point at the Evergreen
conference site. To that end, the change proposed includes both the
image (scaled slightly nicer to the appropriate size) and the text
"Evergreen 2013, Vancouver" underneath it.

I suppose we can go ahead and just push the change and see what
happens. If there's any further adjustments, I'm sure people will just
tell us ;)
