Hi folks,

Just an FYI, there were three changes made to the Quick Links:

1)  As requested in http://markmail.org/message/zft6dsww5skrxsxp, the 
link to RSCEL has been removed.
2)  A link to Evergreen Newsletters 
(http://www.evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=communications:newsletter) 
has been added.
3)  All Quick Links have been re-ordered alphabetically.
