[Evergreen-web-team] Next Web Team meeting

For the agenda I'd like to toss on hosting of conference web sites.  Aside
from interest in the SEREC (South East Regional Evergreen Conference) I
just noticed when I tried to find the source for something that the 2012
site is gone.  I think it would be nice for the conference sites to be
community hosted and able to stay around.
