[Evergreen-web-team] [OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] A couple patches for Server Installation Instructions

Hi Elliott,

There's no official process. Anyone in the community is welcome to help 
out.

We currently are meeting the third Thursday of the month in the 
#evergreen IRC channel at 1 p.m. Eastern, 10 a.m. Pacific. The minutes 
from our last meeting are available at 
http://evergreen-ils.org/meetings/evergreen/2013/evergreen.2013-09-26-13.02.html.

Most recently, we have been discussing the idea of getting volunteers to 
take on roles for the web site to keep different content areas up to 
date. Rogan Hamby started a Google doc to begin listing tasks that need 
to be done on the web site - 
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AvGW1NTJVM7y5MeokT6um3OjapOCUDqdDDTqpsQ03F0/edit. 
If you're interested in taking any on, be sure to add your name to the 
task so that nobody duplicates work. You're also free to add tasks to 
this doc if you see anything that needs to be done.
