[Evergreen-web-team] April web team meeting

Hi,

During the Evergreen conference I accepted the task of running the web
team meetings.  I'd like to call the next one for 1 p.m. EDT / 10 a.m.
EDT on Wednesday, 16 April.  Please weigh in on whether this time
works for you; note that I'm suggesting that we no longer hold it on
Thursdays so that we don't run into the EOB meeting.

If this time is generally agreeable to folks, I further suggest that
we bake it in for the next while -- i.e., have the web team meeting be
monthly at 1 p.m. EDT on the third Wednesday of the month.
