[Evergreen-web-team] Broken link to "official blog"

Kathy just updated it a few moments ago Rogan, so it's not just you.

I was also mentioning in IRC that the "communicate" page is a
carry-over from the old site, and should be one slated for revision in
the new site environment to be more fitting to its role in guiding
community participates to becoming more involved in parts of the
community.
