[Evergreen-web-team] Make it easier to find how to contribute on the Evergreen Web Site

Hi dev, newdev, and Web Team lists,

I just got the feedback that it's difficult to find the source code
and info on how to contribute to Evergreen from our front page.  Is
this a path we'd like to make clearer?  If so, how?

Background: I was adding Evergreen (and our bitesize tag) to
https://up-for-grabs.net/.  Here is the conversation that ensued:
