[Evergreen-web-team] Proposed changes to the Frequently Anticipated Questions page

Thanks, Rogan and Ben.  I made those updates.  I chose to simply
remove Fedora from the list of preferred distros, and re-wrote that
section about the Web client (including a short blurb about hatch).
