<html>Jim can correct me if I am wrong but my recollection is that the drupal calendar creates a content-type called event and when you create an event it does show up on the calendar.  <br><br>It may not be built in but it is easy to extend the event page so that you can attached documents to it like a word doc of the minutes. also the event page has a description body in which one can place a description of upcoming meetings, i.e. the agenda, and then the minutes after the meeting is over and the link will remain on the calendar.   Further, one can create a list (a view) of all the events in the past, the future or from all time and even filter them by the tag 'web team'.  <br><br>Just a few of the possibilities.<br><br>Check out www.eifl.org for an example of how elaborate the calendar module implementation can get :)  I still have PTSD from this one.<br><br>Steve<br><div><font color="#0000ff" face="Verdana" size="2"></font> </div>
