I had a few minutes of spare time on my hands today (shocking!), and I was going to look into starting a "Get support" page on the web site. The page would be used to point users to resources where they can get support as well as to the support provider page for those who opt to go beyond the community channels for support.

This task has been on our to-do list for a while now, but when I checked on its status on our spreadsheet of Evergreen-ILS Website tasks and saw that it had moved to the completed tab because it was superseded by the work on the Getting Involved page.

So it sounds like we need a bit more discussion before I move forward on the page to make sure we have some kind of consensus that it is needed.

I see them as two distinct needs: one for people who are looking for help and another for people who want to contribute. I think if somebody is looking for help, they are unlikely to think it will be found in the Getting Involved section.

What do you all think?
