OK, I've updated the bundles as follows:

1. removed MARC::* and JS::SM from the bundles.
2. added mention of the need to check the wiki for prereqs
3. mentioned in the docs that the bundle only installs CPAN-available
perl and to check for other perl at the wiki

The Bundles are updated and should appear on CPAN in a few hours.

OK with everyone if I update the docs to mention the bundles as an
alternative way to install the perl mods once other prereqs have been
met?
