My previous issue seems to be that again that the program designed
changed since that of Alpha, so the line causing the issue apparently
is no longer needed.  Would somebody care to forward a copy of the dev
server HTTPD.CONF to me so that I can update the wiki?

Now, running autogen.sh, I get the following:
