[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Docuwiki subscribe to changes

Could the docuwiki Subscribe Changes functionality be turned on?  I 
would like to be notified when certain pages are updated. 

I think it is this option in conf/docuwiki.php
$conf['subscribers'] = 1;                //enable change notice 
subscription support
