[OPEN-ILS-DEV] problems running opensrf-c

Thank you Bill, that really did the trick.  I also had a typo in my 
hosts file that wasn't helping the problem at all either.  Everything 
looks to be running nicely now.  The srfsh math_bench test ran with no 
problems.  I added a note to the openils.xml setup page about editing 
the <host> entry, I didn't see anything there about it.
