Hi Mike,
This is the e-mail from the first patron I asked you about.
"Hi Angie,
I have Internet Explorer, Version 6, which is the latest version for Windows
98.
This morning, when I did a regular search for Dick Francis, the system
searched for 5 minutes, then I got an Internet Explorer Error Message:
Error has occurred in script on this page". When I did an advanced search
with the EXACT name of the author, Dick Francis, there were 0 hits. A
second advanced search with the name of the author CONTAINING Dick Francis,
(and Descending Z to A), it pulled everything up, but the first eight titles
didn't give any info but Title and Format, no publication date.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can do anything.
Thanks,
Dixie"

Do we have any more information about her browser, what day and time
she encountered errors, etc?

We can look at putting this on the to-do, but it's low priority at the
moment.

I couldn't replicate this. Can we find out what the error message was?

There is a sort order option below the the sort type. Setting this to
"Descending / Z to A" should do what she wants.

This is currently on the to-do list.
