[OPEN-ILS-DEV] autogen.sh errors

If nothing else, I'm learning a lot about Evergreen along the way...

I'm working on three fronts.  My Fedora machine works except for the
missing metabib data.  My FreeBSD machine core dumps the cstore, and now
for my Deb machine.

The autogen.sh gives me the following, and I end up with blank OrgTree.js
and lib_list.inc files.
