There sure is.  There is an OpenSRF method published by the storage
application that can be called from srfsh.  The srfsh command is:

# request open-ils.storage open-ils.storage.actor.org_unit.refresh_proximity

Depending on how many (if any) org units you have added, that will
take anywhere from a few milliseconds to a few minutes to run.
