[OPEN-ILS-DEV] test message

Hi all,

Sorry for cluttering things up, but I am testing to see whether I'm
getting copies of my own posts.  My settings indicated that I should get
a copy, but I didn't, so I've changed this to "No" to see what
happens... will send another test after I reset to "Yes".
