[OPEN-ILS-DEV] autogen.sh creates an empty OrgTree.js

Hi Wolfgang:

I faced this problem about a month ago and eventually beat it into submission.

What are the following values set to in your conf files?

bootstrap.conf:
What is the value of list:domains?

opensrf.xml:
What is the first element inside <hosts>?

opensrf_core.xml:
What is contained within <router>?
What is contained within <domain>?

Finally, what is the value returned by running the following command
at the command line?

perl -MNet::Domain=hostfqdn -e "print hostfqdn();"
