[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Woodchip repository

We now have a Woodchip repository with a TRAC instance at
http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/Woodchip

For those of you unfamiliar with Woodchip, it is the code name for the
Evergreen acquisitions/serials system.

I'll let everyone know when we have a woodchip-commits list...
