[OPEN-ILS-DEV] PATCH: osrf_json_gateway.c (camel case)

This patch merely shifts some names to the camel-case equivalents:

    osrf_app_session_make_req        ==> osrfAppSessionMakeRequest
    osrf_app_session_destroy         ==> osrfAppSessionFree
    osrf_system_get_transport_client ==> osrfSystemGetTransportClient

Note that this file doesn't compile on my system because I don't
have the Apache headers. However the changes are so mindless that
they are not likely to hurt anything.
